We adopted the traditional way of making breads of Old Manila.
The long and slow process of making our breads gives the unique flavour and texture to our products. Most of our ingredients are produced locally which provides the best quality.
Earls Court in London is dotted with Filipino stores offering hard to find Philippine articles. Pre-packed "tinapay" or breads is also available but the unique flavour and texture of panaderia breads are missing. This is where the concept of Manila Artisan Breads was created. We would like to bring some Philippine inspired flavours and textures of breads for everyone to enjoy to remind them of memories of traditional "miryenda (snack) and "almusal (breakfast) back home"
