Manila Artisan Breads is a micro bakery rooted in "Panaderia" tradition and modern craft baking, inspired by the traditional baking method of Old Manila. We hand-shape each loaf and pastry, using long fermentation, locally milled flour, and seasonal produce from nearby allotments and suppliers near our bakery.
Our menu blends beloved Filipino panaderia favourites with slow-fermented sourdoughs and market-ready savoury bakes. We bake small batches Wednesday to Saturday to guarantee freshness and to minimise waste.
As members of the Real Bread Campaign and the Craft Bakers Association, we prioritise transparent ingredients and responsible practices.
